🔍 Objective:
Enhance auditory skills by identifying homemade instruments.

🧰 Materials:
Grab household items like salt & pepper shakers, vacuums, juicers, whisks, cheese graters, bowls & spoons, plastic containers & spatulas, bags of beans or spaghetti, heavy books, and staplers – anything that makes a fantastic noise!

📋 Procedure:
1. Gather your noise-making items.
2. Describe each one's unique sound.
3. Close your eyes and guess while someone "plays" an item.
4. Keep guessing until you've identified at least one homemade instrument!

🌟 Evaluation:
Success means guessing at least one homemade instrument correctly! 🎯

Did you see the news? We got an Elevate Grant from the City of Austin! 🎉

But we're not the only ones celebrating. This grant is part of an incredible initiative that supports arts organizations, individual artists, and creative businesses dedicated to creating culturally vibrant and diverse artistic experiences in our beloved city. 'Grats, friends!

Awards like ours ranged from $10,000 to $75,000 and are all about fueling the creative fire that makes Austin so unique.

This is a win for the entire Austin creative community, and we couldn't be prouder to be a part of it.
